Mr Rogers is a mining engineer with over 20 years experience in both underground and open pit mining. He has also been responsible for the commencement of numerous large scale mining projects in organizations of various sizes.
Mr Rogers also has extensive processing experience, having held senior management positions in milling, concentrating, sorting and smelting operations over a range of commodities including gold, nickel and diamonds.
Following his involvement in both the scoping and bankable feasibility studies for Albidon’s Munali Nickel Project, he accepted the position as Managing Director of Albidon in late 2005.

Mr Cooke is a geologist with 17 years experience in the resource exploration industry throughout Australia and internationally. He has wide experience as an independent consultant specialising in structural geology and resource studies as well as having worked in the areas of commercial strategy and risk management. He has held senior positions in World Geoscience Corporation in Australia and North America as well as BHP’s international project generation group and new business and reconnaissance group. Since 1997 Mr Cooke has been involved in the evaluation and development of resource projects in various private and public resource companies.

Mr Chapman is a chartered accountant and has over twenty years resource industry experience gained in Australia and the US. He has worked in a number of commodity businesses including gold, nickel, manganese, bauxite/alumina and oil/gas.
Mr Chapman has held senior management roles in public companies of various sizes and is Chairman of ASX listed uranium explorer Encounter Resources Ltd. His main focus will be on commercial management and business development.

CHRISTOPHER DE GUINGAND

Mr de Guingand has had a long career in the mining industry, having been involved in financial or marketing roles as an executive, trader, director or consultant. He has held senior management positions in marketing non-ferrous metals and iron ore for CRA Metals Exploration (now QNI) for over 20 years. In 1982 he formed his own consultancy Mineral Commerce Services P/L (MCS). MCS advises on the marketing and logistic aspects of projects involving base metals (including nickel, copper, zinc and cobalt), phosphate rock, fertilizers, iron, chrome and manganese ores. MCS manages the shipment of nickel concentrates for several companies and Mr de Guingand has a good working knowledge of nickel processes and refined nickel products.

Mr Chitalu is a Zambian with a 17-year career in the fields of private equity, privatisation, merchant banking, corporate finance, accounting, auditing, development economics, capital markets and business development in transitional economies. He has previously held positions with CDC Capital Partners, Zambia Privatisation Agency and KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr Chitalu has a significant interest in private sector development in Zambia and is extensively networked in the region. He has been Chairman of Albidon’s wholly owned subsidiary Albidon Zambia Limited since 2005. Mr Chitalu takes on the position of non-executive director.

Ms Felderhof is a dedicated and highly
motivated professional in the mining industry with legal and capital markets
experience in TSX listings, equity and debt financing, corporate development
agreements and corporate governance.
A strong communicator, leader and negotiator with sound understanding
of broad commercial issues in the mining industry including international
exploration and development regulations, technical studies, inter-corporate
arrangements, financial risk management, insurance, transportation and
off-take agreements.
With a combination of technical, legal and financial expertise at strategic
and detail-oriented levels, Ms Felderhof has had international experience
with strong industry contacts in the major mining-oriented countries throughout
the world including Canada, UK, South Africa and Australia.

Kevin Hart has over 20 years experience in accounting and management and administration of public listed companies in the mining and exploration industry, including 7 years experience within the audit division of an international accounting firm in both Perth and San Fransisco.
He is a principal of Endeavour Corporate, a firm that provides company secretarial, accounting and administrative services to ASX listed entities in the resources sector.
Kevin also acts for a number of unlisted public companies.
