Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct ('The Code') sets out the important values, principles and practices for Albidon ('The Company').
These are reflected in the way the Company conducts its business. They are founded on honesty, integrity and ethical behaviour expected from all our Company Directors, officers and employees in the way we manage our business affairs, both internally and with external stakeholders. External stakeholders include our customers, members of the communities in which we operate, shareholders, competitors, suppliers of goods and services, Governments and their regulatory agencies and the media.
These values, principles and practices are based on the recognition that our Company operates in a competitive environment that is characterised by gender, cultural, ethnic and racial diversity. This environment imposes social and economic challenges that require members of our Company, at all levels, to show a deep understanding of and sensitivity towards these issues. Against this background, the Code is intended to guide our behaviour in all of our dealings. This is essential in fostering a healthy and enjoyable workplace and to the Company's reputation and success as a good corporate citizen.
The core values that will guide the behaviour and performance of all the Company's directors, officers and employees are: Fairness, Accountability, Integrity, Transparency and Honesty, abbreviated by the acronym "FAITH".
Fairness - we treat all persons equally and we respect all persons as individuals
Accountability - we uphold the law and we are answerable for our actions and conduct
Integrity - we mean what we say
Transparency - we are open in our dealings
Honesty - we are truthful and trustworthy and we look after our Company's assets
Our full Code of Conduct can be reviewed in the Code Brochure.
