Mr Sanlin Zhang

Mr Zhang joined Jinchuan Group (JNMC) in July 1985. Initially he was engaged in manufacturing statistics and a production plan for the JNMC smelting plant followed by a role in the JNMC administration section undertaking business management and enterprise restructuring work. Mr Zhang was site based and responsible for operations management before being transferred to the JNMC administration sector to handle assets reorganisation, institutional adjustment, stock system reform and listing, merger and acquisitions and capital operation.

Mr Zhang is now Vice President of JNMC and in charge of capital operation, legal affairs, risk management, foreign investment and external foreign cooperation.

Mr Yimin Zhang

Executive Director

Mr Zhang, Yimin is Jinchuan's Chief Australian Representative. After receiving a Diploma of Metallurgical Construction at the Metallurgical and Architectural Institute of Chang Chu Mr Zhang joined Jinchuan Group Ltd in 1981. Since then he has has spent time working for the Company in Pakistan as well as being involved in a number of significant Jinchuan/overseas cooperative ventures. He was appointed as the Chief Representative for Jinchuan's Beijing office in 2000 and then to his present position as Chief Representive for Jinchaun in Australia in 2004.

Mr Zhang is also an Executive Director of Sino Nickel Pty Ltd.

Mr Jianke Gao

Non-Executive Director
Senior Mining Engineer

Mr Gao has been employed by JNMC for the past 26 years. During this time he has held the role of Chief Engineer of Longshou Mine, Vice President of Research and Design Institute of Nickel & Cobalt of JNMC, Director of Mining, President of JNMC's second mine and Assistant General Manager of JNMC.

Mr Gao's achievements during his time at Jinchuan include organising and participating the underground mining activities of the Jinchuan Strip Mine, technical and capacity expansion of Longshou Mine, development of lead ore in the Third Mine and design of depth mining development and reaching the design target of the Second Mine. He has also participated in several overseas tenders, negotiations and management.

Mr Gao is currently the Acting General Manager of the Munali Nickel Mine as well as General Manager of JNMC in Europe and Africa.

Mr Harold Ou Wang

Acting Managing Director
Masters Degree of Engineering

Mr Wang is a Founding Partner of Sino Resources Capital. Mr Wang spent 15 years working for China National Non-ferrous Metals Corporation (CNNC), China's non-ferrous sector 'ministry' and former parent of CHINALCO, CNMC, JNMC, Minmetals and many other Chinese non-ferrous majors.

Mr Wang was Deputy Director of CNNC's Planning Department and Foreign Affairs Department where he was responsible for overseeing new investments as well as being in charge of all international funding for CNNC's overseas projects.

Mr Wang held the position of Vice President, China Business Development with Sino Mining International, Sino Refco Capital Limited and Asia Resource Capital Limited of Macquarie Bank. Mr Wang also was the Executive Director and President of Lynas Corporation Limited.
